"Scratchin!"

I never really ink and color others work before. Not one that I can consider a finished piece, that is. But here I am, I have inked and colored a piece by the talented Mr. Kevin Thomas whom I knew from a forum on facebook. I was really tempted to see an inked version of his animation styled rendering of Wolverine so I guess I just automatically raised my hand when he asked me if I want to do it.

AVAV

Sometime last year, a friend of mine asked me to re-design a few characters for his company's project. Which was under MDec's funding. Just recently, he told me that Skytech Digital Sdn Bhd, his company, is about to finish their 3D animation gig around next month. I also asked him if i could post some of the sketches and designs that i did on my blog. He said yes.
And so here it is, the main character for their 3D animation project which previously called 'Penjejak'-but later was re-named to AVAV, which stands for AntiVirus AVatar.... ;p





I might try to get a piece of the finished thing from them to be posted here in the near future. Along with other sketches and designs. Its nothing much, but it was something I took a part in...so...hehehe...

It's been a few days since i last posted..after a quick and a not too thorough search thru my things/stuffs..i found more of my old school animation project..yep, that stupid stiff awkward thing in my earlier post..okay, it's not an animation, all i achieved in doing was a version of an animatic..
so here's some of it..the sketches..which were also used as the main/final thing.. ;p

simply put, it was a school work.. we got to do animation but theres nobody to teach us about it..me being a lazy student, simply and ignorantly interprated animation as "only moving pictures"..so, for every key drawing i put, there's an in'themiddle'ner.. my version of inbetween/ib..the result was a stiff and awkward crap...
i'm sorry i couldn't show it here coz i dont have a copy of the finished thing..
