Sometime last year, a friend of mine asked me to re-design a few characters for his company's project. Which was under MDec's funding. Just recently, he told me that Skytech Digital Sdn Bhd, his company, is about to finish their 3D animation gig around next month. I also asked him if i could post some of the sketches and designs that i did on my blog. He said yes.
And so here it is, the main character for their 3D animation project which previously called 'Penjejak'-but later was re-named to AVAV, which stands for AntiVirus AVatar.... ;p





I might try to get a piece of the finished thing from them to be posted here in the near future. Along with other sketches and designs. Its nothing much, but it was something I took a part in...so...hehehe...

These guys were supposed to be comic characters...that i drew just for fun...
i even made thumbnail sketches and trial pages of them in action...
A few months back, i tried to test my luck for an animation grant by MDec, and redesigned this bunch for a more clean, animation-like look..not a very succesful effort, but whatdaheck eh?!..haha..

Last i checked with the MDec guys, they said that the result would be made known early March...but up to today, the 15th, there are still no answer...
Guess i didn't make it...
